DUTY FREE AVAILABLE
Through Diamonds On Richmond you can purchase your jewellery duty free (excluding 15% gst).
A day before your flight we send your jewellery to the airport and you pick your item(s) up prior to boarding your flight.
FYI - The person collecting the jewellery must be the intended owner of those items.
The jewellery must be collected upon departure of New Zealand.
A small airport fee is charged by the Airport.

Unfortunately not. The jewellery must be collected upon departure from New Zealand. It cannot be collected on arrival back into NZ.
There are no additional charges from us, however, an airport fee is charged by Auckland Airport for pickup from their duty-free collection point.
An 8% plus gst (per invoice) airport fee is charged by the airport, this fee is capped at $300 plus gst (per invoice).
Each country has different duty-free laws, so it is worth looking into the country you're travelling to. For New Zealand, you are required to declare anything purchased duty-free when arriving back into the country. Items purchased duty-free that are for personal use are not charged GST, but items that are not for personal use are then charged the appropriate GST.
